These terms explain how customers may use COD ILOCOS and place orders for authentic Ilocos products.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability, correct customer details, and admin confirmation. COD ILOCOS may contact the customer if the order has incomplete information or stock changes before processing.

Guest Checkout

Guests may place an order without creating a full account. Customers can complete account registration later using their mobile number to track orders and manage future purchases.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is currently supported. GCash, PayMaya, and bank details may be shown for information or refund handling, but online payment integration will be finalized separately.

Shipping

Shipping status is updated by COD ILOCOS based on order handling and courier information. Tracking numbers may be provided when available. Delivery time may vary by location, courier schedule, weather, and operational delays.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation while an order is still pending. Once the order is being processed or shipped, cancellation is subject to admin review.

COD Restrictions

COD ILOCOS may temporarily disable Cash on Delivery for customers with repeated cancellations, refused delivery, invalid details, or policy violations. Customers may contact support to appeal.

Product Information

We try to keep product names, prices, discounts, photos, stock, FDA or product details, and descriptions accurate. If an error is found, COD ILOCOS may correct it and notify affected customers when needed.

Account Use

Customers are responsible for keeping their password private and using the site properly. Accounts may be placed on hold, frozen, or restricted for abuse, fake orders, or policy violations.

Changes to These Terms

COD ILOCOS may update these terms as the store adds new features, payment methods, shipping tools, or customer policies. The latest version posted on this page applies.
