Return and Refund Policy

COD ILOCOS currently offers refund review for valid order issues. Return shipping is not required for now unless admin gives a specific instruction.

Eligible Reasons

  • Damaged item received.
  • Incorrect item received.
  • Missing item from the order.

Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the order is marked delivered. After 7 days, the refund option for that order will no longer be available.

Proof Needed

Customers may be asked to provide order details, photos, or a short explanation so COD ILOCOS can verify the issue before approval.

Refund Method

Approved refunds may be sent through GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer details provided by the customer. Processing time may depend on review and payment availability.

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind after the order is delivered.
  • Wrong delivery details provided by the customer.
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day delivered period.
  • Items damaged after successful delivery and acceptance.

Admin Review

Refund approval is reviewed by COD ILOCOS admin. Customers will receive website notifications when the request is pending, approved, rejected, or completed.
